Use the AR function to measure the actual size.

These days, people use delivery services a lot because of lockdown or social distancing. However, one problem is that it is difficult to easily check the actual size or color of an object. So people sometimes have to waste time or pay more by returning the item.

These days, people use delivery services a lot because of lockdown or social distancing. However, one problem is that it is difficult to easily check the actual size or color of an object.

So people sometimes have to waste time or pay more by returning the item.

It's an online store-type app, and I'll put an AR function here so they can check the actual size or color of an item.

People who have difficulty going out due to Covid-19.

(ex. People with disabilities, older people, people in self-isolation, and people who work from home)

4) Revenue model

I make this app to be downloaded for free from the app store. For more use, people pay a small fee to use the AR function (paid support service).

The cost would be good to donate to those who are struggling because of Covid-19.

5) Launch strategy

When people use this app for the first time, we give them a coupon for the free use of the delivery service, and if they use the AR function to check the size and receive the product, but are not satisfied with it, the return cost is free about three times.
